  • Hushpuppies and Cheese Sauce - our signature sweet corn variety comes with cheese sauce for dipping (just like the Catfish houses in Mississippi)

Whole Catfish

  • Our Whole Catfish has twice been nominated for Lagniappe Magazine's "Last Meal on Earth" Nappie Award.
  • You can add-on a piece to your buffet purchase at anytime for $3.00 each.
  • You can also buy a piece to Carryout for $4.50.
  • Please expect a 15-minute wait for all orders!
  • Call ahead to pay by card and reduce wait times.
  • Warning: Fried food does not usually taste as good after a long drive home in a closed container. If you buy carryout, please eat it quickly to keep quality at its highest!

EUGENE'S MEATLOAF

  • Our old chef, Eugene Sampson, passed on his legendary Meatloaf recipe to JJ when he retired. Today Chef Toy makes it from scratch every week!
  • Meatloaf is served every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (while supplies last).
  • Monday-Thursday we serve Red Beans in its place. They're creole-seasoned with smoked sausage, and they're great over rice.

  • Fried Swai Fillets - big, beautiful fish fillets tossed in our Signature Seafood Breader
  • Fried Catfish Nuggets - farm-raised Mississippi Catfish tossed in our Signature Seafood Breader
  • Chicken & Dumplings - the deep flavor comes from slow-cooking the noodles in flavors like chicken broth, bacon grease, vegetable nutrients, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Baked "Lemon Pepper" Chicken Leg Quarters - fresh, never frozen, and seasoned to perfection by Chef Stephanie
  • Mariah's Pot Roast - our "Mississippi" twist on traditional pork pot roast. It's packed with extra flavors like Ranch, Au Jus, and Pepperoncini.
  • Fried Chicken Livers - hand-battered in our Signature Chicken Breader
  • Fried Chicken Gizzards - hand-battered in our Signature Chicken Breader
  • Chicken Pot Pie - made in-house by Chef Stephanie
